Once there we will have to select the song in MP3 you want it to sound as a ringtone when we call on our iPhone, click the right mouse button on it and select 'Get Info' .
A popup window that displays information about the song opens, but we are interested in the 'Options' tab. Once inside that tab we see two fields called 'Home' and 'End' appear , which is reflected in how long the chosen song, although both are disabled.
To create our tone we need to know exactly when time begins and I must say that at most has to have a duration of 30 seconds, but can be shorter if you want . So, we have to activate both 'Start' and 'End' and put what time what time will the fragment we want and accept.
The next step we have to give it back to click with the right mouse button on that song and choose 'Create AAC Version' . By doing this we will see a new file that takes 30 seconds (or however long you've put in the previous step) appears. If your iTunes library is very large you may not find this file, but a quick way is to click on the 'Recently added' within the 'Playlists' menu .
